Rachel Moore

CEO, Hub Etzion, Owner, Moore Connected Communications

Rachel Moore is an Entrepreneur, managing her own two companies in Judea.  Founder and CEO of Hub Etzion, it is presently the only coworking space in Judea and Samaria. She is also founder and CEO of Moore Connected Communications, an international boutique public relations firm.

Rachel divides her time between her PR clients and running her coworking space. They both involve developing the potential of others, and growing brands and businesses. After many years of working in Communications, Social Media and Public Relations for nonprofit entities both in Israel and North America, Rachel took her expertise and applied it successfully to building for-profit businesses.

Formerly the spokesperson for The One Family Fund, Rachel also worked as Associate Director of both The Shalom Heritage Center and Milah,  served as Assistant for Foreign Relations to the Mayor of Jerusalem, and was a speaker for The Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA). In all of these roles she has incorporated her talents as a public speaker and writer, and has been published in The Times of Israel, eJewish Philanthropy, The Jerusalem Post, and The Israel Forever Foundation to name a few, including her own blog, “Ima2eight”.

Rachel is a passionate advocate for building successful private enterprises in Yesha as the ultimate response to BDS, and believes that the future of Israel depends on bringing “Startup Nation” to those outside of the greater Tel Aviv area. She is often invited to speak on topics such as the exciting challenge of being a religious businesswoman in Israel today, entrepreneurship, the tech potential of Judea and Samaria and the vital need for commercial roots and success in the region.

A board member of the non-profit “ImaKadima”, she is also asked to speak on the challenges of balancing business and family, and how to make it all work successfully.

Rachel made aliyah from the US in 1995, and now lives in Gush Etzion with her husband and eight children, where she loves to perform as a singer and actress when she can find the time in a very busy schedule.
